Pathway to Work Project is an Employability training model developed to enhance the opportunity for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to develop skills and qualifications to become sports coaches, professional security personnel and to work in the construction and built environment. The main focus is on lifelong learning and supporting employment readiness among young people, in particular those not in education, employment or training (NEET)
